Sean Patrick Scallon Rukavina is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is located in the Lexington office. He is a member of the Firm’s Labor & Employment and Government Law practice sections. Mr. Rukavina has significant experience with commercial transportation claims and complex premises liability litigation. He additionally has experience in multi-party construction disputes, as well as claims related to surface mining and federal black lung disability.
Prior to joining FMG, he served as a Staff Attorney in Warren Circuit Family Court under the Honorable Judge David Lanphear. Thereafter, he worked at a regional insurance defense firm where he consistently obtained favorable outcomes for his clients.
Sean is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Classics. He received his Juris Doctor from University of Kentucky College of Law.
