Angelina Popovic is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP in the Houston office. She is a member of the Firm’s Tort and Catastrophic Loss and Construction & Design Law practice sections.
Angelina earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center, where she developed a strong foundation in litigation through her work at several law firms, including Hartline Barger, Fogler, Brar, O’Neil & Gray LLP, Zach Wolfe Law Firm and Resnick & Louis, P.C. She also served as a judicial intern for Judge Weems, gaining valuable insight into judicial decision-making and courtroom practice. Her experience includes matters involving insurance defense, commercial disputes and complex civil litigation. She brings a detail-oriented and client-focused approach to litigation, drawing on her breadth of experience to achieve efficient and effective outcomes.
Angelina received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. While in law school, she competed in national moot court competitions, including UCLA’s Cybercrimes Moot Court Competition and Harvard’s Animal Law Moot Court Competition, further refining her research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
