Overview

Michael Selbst is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is located in the Hartford office. He is a member of the Tort & Catastrophic Loss practice section.

Michael focuses his practice on the defense of individuals and insurers against tort and injury claims. Prior to joining Freeman Mathis & Gary, Michael worked at another Connecticut civil litigation firm practicing in the areas of insurance defense and uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage.

Michael received his Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he also served as Lead Articles Editor for the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal and was selected for publication. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Michigan State University. He is admitted to Practice in Connecticut and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
