Ashley Tedford is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is located in the Tampa office. She is a member of the Labor & Employment and Tort & Catastrophic Loss practice sections. Her practice focuses on defending employers and individuals in matters involving workplace disputes, personal injury claims, and complex tort litigation.
Ashley represents clients across industries including healthcare, education, and public service. She is known for her commitment to accessibility and equity, and her approach to client service is grounded in empathy, precision, and strategic problem-solving. During law school, she worked as an Advocate in her school’s healthcare clinic, where she built strong client relationships and honed her litigation skills through work in toxic tort, personal injury, and trusts and estates. She also served as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Moot Court and Vice President of Students for Accessibility, Disability, and Accommodations.
Ashley earned her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and holds a B.A. from Northeastern University. She is admitted to practice in Florida and Wisconsin.
